Every Epoch Timepiece is individually assembled, inspected, and backed by our commitment to quality.
Your watch includes a two-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage includes the watch movement, hands, dial, and assembly.
The warranty begins on the date your watch is delivered.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, battery replacement, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, and damage resulting from improper handling are not covered. Watch straps and damage caused by water exposure are excluded unless the issue results from a covered manufacturing or assembly defect.
If Something Goes Wrong
Contact Epoch Timepieces with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll evaluate the problem and, if covered under warranty, repair or replace your watch at no charge.

Estimated Delivery
Your watch is expected to arrive approximately six weeks after the campaign ends, allowing time for production, personalization, quality inspection, and shipping.
You'll receive an email with tracking information when your watch ships.
